2025 Fall Swim at Sleepy Hollow

Thank you for a fun fall swim session! 

*** Coach Mark Anderson will be running winter swim for 10 and older group 3 swimmers at San Domenico through SHAQ(Sleepy Hollow Aquatics). Please go to the SHAQ website to register.

Coach Paul Birich will be running winter swim for 10 and under pups, group 1 and group 2 at Sleepy Hollow through Paul Birich Aquatics.***

Mark Anderson and Paul Birich coach the Fall Swim program at Sleepy Hollow for kids who want to improve their strokes, become stronger swimmers and stay in shape during the fall.

All athletes must register with online links below in order to participate. Registration opens August 11th!

2025  Practice Groups and Schedules:

Pups Groups 

Monday/Wednesday 3:30-4:00pm
OR Tuesday/Thursday 3:30-4:00pm, you choose
Pups should be water safe and close to swimming the length of the pool without stopping. We will be focusing on Freestyle and Backstroke.

Cost: $350

Fall Swim Group 1

This group is confidently swimming the length of the pool without stopping. Swimmers should be able to do freestyle and backstroke with some knowledge of butterfly and breaststroke. This group will be focused on technique. 

Practices offered Monday through Thursday 4:00-4:40pm

(Swimmers may swim 3 out of the 4 practices)

Cost: $500

Fall Swim Group 2

This group should be able to swim 4 laps without stopping. Each swimmer should know all 4 strokes. We will be working on technique, turns and fitness. 

Practices offered Monday through Thursday 4:40-5:25pm

(Swimmers may swim 3 out of the 4 practices)

Cost: $500

Fall Swim Group 3

This group should be able to swim all four strokes and 20 laps without stopping. This is a competitive group who will be working on technique, turns, strength and FITNESS!

Practices offered Monday through Thursday 5:25-6:30pm

(Swimmers may swim 3 out of the 4 practices)
